By accessing or using SkillFlow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Acceptable Use Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our DMCA & Takedown Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. SkillFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
SkillFlow is an AI skills marketplace that connects creators of AI-powered tools ("Creators") with businesses and individuals seeking automation solutions ("Buyers"). The Platform provides discovery, testing via interactive playgrounds, purchasing, and API access to AI skills. SkillFlow acts as an intermediary marketplace and does not create, control, or endorse the AI skills published by Creators.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. SkillFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Creators who publish skills on SkillFlow retain ownership of their intellectual property. By publishing, Creators grant SkillFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and facilitate access to their skills on the Platform. Creators are solely responsible for ensuring their skills comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, do not infringe on third-party rights, do not contain malicious code, and do not produce harmful outputs. SkillFlow reserves the right to remove skills that violate our policies or receive consistent negative feedback.
Creators receive 82% of revenue from skill sales (85% for Founding Creators). Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe to the Creator's connected account, subject to a minimum threshold of $25.
Buyers may browse, test (via playgrounds), and purchase skills. Purchased skills are licensed for the Buyer's use according to the skill's specific license terms. Buyers may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell skills without explicit permission from the Creator. Usage is subject to fair use limits; excessive automated usage may be throttled. Buyers acknowledge that AI skills are created by third-party Creators and that AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. SkillFlow does not store credit card information. By making a purchase, you authorize SkillFlow to charge the specified amount. Subscription-based skills will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may not use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) create, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any other malicious software or code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or any computer systems or networks; (e) use skills to generate content that facilitates phishing, social engineering, fraud, or identity theft; (f) use skills to produce content that promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination; (g) use skills to generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors; (h) use skills for prompt injection attacks, jailbreaking other AI systems, or bypassing security controls; (i) scrape or extract data from the Platform without authorization; (j) interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' experience; (k) manipulate Platform metrics including fake reviews or artificial usage; (l) use skills to provide unlicensed professional advice (medical, legal, financial) without appropriate disclaimers. The SkillFlow name, logo, and Platform design are proprietary. All content created by SkillFlow (excluding user-generated content) is protected by copyright. Users retain ownership of content they create and submit to the Platform, subject to the licenses granted herein.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SKILLS PUBLISHED BY THIRD-PARTY CREATORS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. SKILLFLOW SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SKILLFLOW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) ANY SKILL WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) ANY SKILL'S OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) ANY SKILL IS FREE FROM MALICIOUS CODE, VULNERABILITIES, OR DEFECTS; (D) THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, HALLUCINATIONS, OR BIASED CONTENT. YOU USE ALL SKILLS AND THEIR OUTPUTS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKILLFLOW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY SKILL, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. SKILLFLOW'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SKILLFLOW IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
By publishing a skill on the Platform, each Creator represents and warrants that: (a) the Creator has the legal right and authority to publish the skill; (b) the skill does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights; (c) the skill does not contain, generate, or facilitate any malicious code, malware, or content designed to harm users' devices, data, or systems; (d) the skill's description accurately represents its functionality; (e) the skill complies with all applicable laws and regulations; (f) the skill complies with SkillFlow's Acceptable Use Policy. These representations and warranties survive the publication of the skill and any termination of the Creator's account.
Each Creator agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkillFlow, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the Creator's skill, including its outputs and any harm caused to users; (b) any breach of the Creator's representations and warranties; (c) any violation of the Acceptable Use Policy; (d) any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights; (e) any violation of applicable laws or regulations. This indemnification obligation survives termination of the Creator's account and removal of the skill from the Platform.
SkillFlow complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and maintains a designated DMCA agent. We respond promptly to valid takedown notices and maintain a repeat infringer policy. In accordance with the DMCA and our commitment to platform safety, SkillFlow maintains a repeat infringer policy. Users who receive three (3) valid violation notices (copyright or AUP) within a twelve (12) month period will have their account permanently terminated. This includes forfeiture of any pending Creator payouts. SkillFlow tracks all reports, warnings, and enforcement actions to ensure consistent application of this policy.
SkillFlow operates as an intermediary marketplace connecting Creators and Buyers. SkillFlow does not create, control, endorse, or guarantee any skill published by Creators. While we review skills before publication and maintain quality standards, we cannot guarantee that every skill is free from errors, vulnerabilities, or malicious content. Users are encouraged to test skills in the free playground before purchasing and to report any concerns using the reporting mechanisms available on the Platform.
