Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Upon refund, access to the skill will be revoked.
For subscription-based skills, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
If a refund is issued, the corresponding Creator payout is adjusted. Creators with high refund rates may be subject to review. We mediate disputes between Buyers and Creators to ensure fair outcomes for both parties.
