1. Our Commitment

SkillFlow is committed to customer satisfaction. We understand that AI skills may not always meet expectations, which is why we offer a transparent and fair refund policy. Every skill on our platform includes an interactive playground so you can test before purchasing.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The skill does not perform as described in its listing
  • The skill consistently fails or produces errors (below the stated success rate)
  • The skill's response time significantly exceeds the stated average speed
  • Technical issues on our platform prevent you from accessing the skill

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • The skill was used extensively (more than 50 executions)
  • The issue is caused by incorrect input or misuse
  • You simply changed your mind after testing in the playground
  • The skill performs as described but doesn't meet subjective quality expectations

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email [email protected] with your purchase details
  2. Include the skill name, purchase date, and reason for the refund
  3. Provide examples of the issue (screenshots, input/output samples) if applicable

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Upon refund, access to the skill will be revoked.

6. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based skills, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.

7. Creator Disputes

If a refund is issued, the corresponding Creator payout is adjusted. Creators with high refund rates may be subject to review. We mediate disputes between Buyers and Creators to ensure fair outcomes for both parties.
