Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive financial data on our servers. We retain transaction IDs and purchase history for record-keeping.
Communications: If you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide (email address, message content).
We use collected information to: (a) provide and improve the Platform; (b) process transactions and send related notifications; (c) personalize your experience and recommend relevant skills; (d) communicate with you about updates, promotions, and support; (e) analyze usage patterns to improve our services; (f) prevent fraud and ensure platform security; (g) comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) analytics providers to improve our services; (c) law enforcement when required by law; (d) Creators, limited to information necessary for fulfilling skill purchases (no financial data). Creator profiles are publicly visible on the Platform.

SkillFlow is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.
