SkillFlow respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the SkillFlow platform ("Platform"). This policy also covers takedown requests for content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent containing:
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we will restore the removed material.
In addition to copyright-related takedowns, SkillFlow will remove content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to skills containing malicious code, generating harmful content, or facilitating illegal activities. AUP violation reports can be submitted via:
AUP violations are reviewed by our team and may result in immediate content removal without prior notice, especially for severe violations (malware, CSAM, fraud).
SkillFlow will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A user is considered a repeat infringer if they receive three (3) valid takedown notices or AUP violation notices within a twelve (12) month period. Account termination under this policy is permanent and includes forfeiture of any pending Creator payouts.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability. Please ensure that your takedown notice or counter-notification is accurate before submitting.
